1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NewAzure Education's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on NewAzure Education's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Course enrollment is currently suspended. NewAzure Education reserves the right to modify course offerings, schedules, and enrollment policies at any time without prior notice.

When enrollment resumes, students will be required to meet all prerequisites and maintain academic standards as outlined in individual course descriptions.

4. Payment and Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Payment plans may be available for certain courses. Refund policies vary by course and will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.

NewAzure Education reserves the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct in all interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination from courses.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, assignments, and assessments, are the intellectual property of NewAzure Education and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

NewAzure Education shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NewAzure Education operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
